I have been using Defining Leaders for the past 3 years and have found the insight they have given me both at an individual level as well as at a business and team level to be invaluable. I have worked closely with Daryl across a range of environments. We first worked together when he had responsibility for designing and implementing a comprehensive education and training system across Defence for both civilians and the military. The next time was when he was responsible for a first principles evaluation of operations to counter drug transportation, illegal shipping and piracy in the Gulf and Middle East region. The outcome of his new approach led to record intercepts of drugs and illegal shipping. Two big jobs in entirely different environments – both done superbly. Daryl knows how to think, he knows how to plan, and he knows how to lead and deliver. I have no doubt that he can share that experience with his team in Defining Leaders.
